Traveling to The Beacon Show
Seaford is located on the South East coastline, between Brighton & Eastbourne, and is easily accessed using public transport. Seaford is a Plastic Free Community, and also working hard to reduce our communities impact on the planet, so we hope you will consider making your journey to The Beacon Show by using bus, train, cycling or walking!
Bus
The 12 12a, 12x bus route from Brighton to Eastbourne stop in Seaford and run regularly every day.
Train
You can start the beacon trail by alighting at Bishopstone Train Station, the first beacon is just a short walk from there. At the end of the trail it’s about a twenty minute walk to Seaford train station for your return journey.
From London Victoria trains run to Lewes, where you can change for Bishopstone & Seaford station.
From Brighton there are regular direct trains to Seaford which stop at Bishopstone.

Cycle
There are lots of easy to access cycling routes to Seaford, and cycle racks at Seaford train station, and on the seafront near The Martello Tower. The promenade is a shared cycle &walk route so please be aware of pedestrians.

Walk
There are many beautiful walking route linking to Seaford, along the coastline, and the South Downs Way. Why not turn The Beacon Show into part of your weekend hike?!
Drive
If you need to drive to Seaford you will be pleased to hear that parking on Seaford beach is free, but limited. You can use The Buckle Carpark, Seafront parking or Esplanade Car Park next to The Martello Tower.
